Privacy Policy

When you send a project request, we collect the contact details and context you provide. Guided intake may include prior attempts, preferences, possibilities, and optional feelings. We do not infer sentiment, psychological traits, or emotional categories.

Private team records may contain project details, decisions, evidence, outcomes, and files needed for agreed work. We receive basic technical and security data to operate and protect the site. In the approved hosted environment, we may count allowlisted page and action events in daily totals. These totals do not store raw events, answers, IP addresses, referrers, user agents, cookies, or cross-session identifiers. They are disabled when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

We use project-request information to respond, scope work, send service messages, and deliver accepted work. Private-workspace information helps us operate and document agreed work, including approvals and outcomes.

We do not sell personal information. A public request does not enroll you in an automatic subscription or purchase. The current public flow does not collect payment-card data.

NeedThisDone uses vendors for hosting, sign-in, email delivery when configured, and operational support. They may process information only as needed for those services.

Private team records are limited to authorized operators. Customers receive agreed handoffs and weekly briefs directly.

We retain request and delivery information as long as reasonably needed. This supports response, delivery, legal or operational duties, disputes, and accurate records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting us. Some records may remain when legitimate operational or legal reasons require it.
