By using NeedThisDone.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and services.

NeedThisDone provides custom web development, workflow automation, and managed AI services. Our offerings include: • Website Builds: Custom-designed websites tailored to your business, from single-page sites to full-featured platforms with e-commerce, booking, and content management. • Automation Setup: Workflow automation that connects your tools and eliminates repetitive tasks, so your business runs smoother without extra headcount. • Managed AI: Ongoing AI-powered services including intelligent chatbots, automated email campaigns, and data-driven insights — maintained and optimized by our team. Service availability and scope are defined in your project proposal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment Structure: • A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project • The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the completed work • Subscription services (such as Managed AI) are billed monthly Refund Policy: • If we haven't started work, your deposit is fully refundable • Once work has begun, the deposit covers time and resources already committed • If you're unsatisfied with the final deliverable, we'll work with you to make it right before requesting final payment If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us within 7 days.

When using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about your project and business needs • Treat our team with respect and courtesy • Not use our services for illegal activities • Provide content, feedback, and assets in a timely manner to keep your project on track • Review deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe • Pay for services rendered • Keep your account credentials secure

Upon final payment, you own all custom code, designs, and content we create for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in your project remain under their respective licenses.

NeedThisDone provides services "as is." We do our best to deliver quality work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, revenue, or conversion rates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
