By using NeedThisDone.com, you agree to these public-site terms. A project request invites a follow-up conversation. It does not create an automatic purchase, subscription, or binding service agreement. Accepted work follows the written scope, proposal, and invoice for that engagement.
Website Fix is $500. It includes an evidence-backed review and one mutually agreed contained fix. A contained fix is one page or component improvement, accessibility, SEO, or performance correction, or focused conversion change.
It does not include a redesign, integration, multi-page build, or work outside the written scope. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
After the contained scope is confirmed, Website Fix uses two manual invoices. Each invoice is $250 (50%). The first starts work, and the second follows delivery. The current public site does not activate checkout or recurring payment. Payment questions or changes are handled in the written scope.
Managed Automation is a proposal-based, human-run 30-day pilot for one repeated task. The proposal sets the result, scope, price, payment terms, success measures, and actions that need your say. NeedThisDone operators keep work, evidence, costs, and decisions together.
The pilot does not create automatic external authority. Expansion or continuation needs a separate decision and agreement.
External messages, publishing, system changes, and spending require explicit human approval. You agree to provide accurate context, timely access, feedback, and authority for requested work. You remain responsible for business decisions, content, accounts, and approvals.
NeedThisDone does not guarantee traffic, revenue, legal compliance, accessibility, conversion results, or other business outcomes. Ownership, license, confidentiality, and portfolio terms appear in the written scope. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the engagement tied to the claim.
